Payment and Refund Policy

Payments can be done through:
-Paypal ///-Stripe
-Zelle /// -Venmo ///
Paypal/Stripe is preferred through Ko-fi commissions or finalized email comms due to the ease of invoice guarantee. Confirm with the artist before paying through the alternative methods!
-You will receive an email from [email protected] with an invoice regardless of finalized method of payment.
-Refunds will only be accepted and distributed by the artist if it is discussed anytime prior to the sending of the final product(/sketch/piece). If the piece is finished and a refund is insisted the client will receive their payment but NOT the final sketch(/product/piece).
-Refunds are eligible without need for discussion/negotiation if the client has not heard updates from the artist 2 weeks after the last update OR if the artist is unable to complete the commission for any reason.
-Partial Refunds are eligible if the artist takes more than 2 months on the piece AFTER discussion.
-Due to revision allowance during the process, full/partial refunds are not applicable if the client is not satisfied with the final piece for any reason. You are encouraged to request revisions (Max: 4 times minor scale, 2 times major scale) throughout the commission process, please take advantage of it.

Rights and Reposting

Process

Commissions will not be first come, first serve.
Upon commission request, it may take up to 48 hours to get back to you.
Note: Clients commission will be put onto a progress tracking trello board, where the client can both track progress and see when work begins if there’s another client in front of them.
1. Commission inquiry is sent and reviewed, any additional information is received.
2. Payment is Received and the artist begins work on the base sketch/outline.
3. Once the composition is as the client likes, The artist will continue detail and send a work in progress.
4.Once the client has approved the sketch, the artist will resume work for flat color or lineart.
5. Artist Color Check-in/Final Delivery if non-colored comm.
(The artist may ask for color confirmation in some cases as well)
6. When flat colors are confirmed, the artist will begin to render. Sending likely multiple updates during this stage. (The client may ask for changes in lighting if they are unhappy with the current direction)
7. When rendering is finished, final effects may be put on the clients commission with approval. Color correction, focus effects, and possibly filters. Depending on the commission.
8. Final delivery.This entire process will take no more than 3 months MAXIMUM after work begins unless explicitly stated otherwise (such as for emergencies.)
